| Review by adrienne koch (USA) 2010-07-12 There are some disadvantages to having a screen so small. When you try to open a second window to see a larger version of something for example, that the window is too big for the screen and I am able to scroll down to close this window. but other than that, it's perfect for my purposes the class online and typing documents.... | Review by Amazonian (Around the World) 2010-07-28 I had the chance to play yesterday CompUSA. This is a really nice car. I think the evolution of the netbook form factor that can rotate like a perfect compromise of size and function. The screen is exactly the right size for web browsing. The letters are larger, making it much easier to read. The 10 "netbooks are a bit 'difficult to... Read more reviews | ||

| Review by A. Read (Austin, Texas) 2010-07-25 Love the computer, hate the OS. Windows 7 is OK in general, despite the useless Microsoft screw around with the structure of "My Documents", but "Starter Edition" is an abomination. Seriously? An operating system that prevents me, setting a desktop background? One that does not allow me to connect to an external monitor while built-in screen? Th... Read more reviews | ||

| Review by Randy B. (Sandia Park, NM USA) 2010-06-12 Years ago, Acer had a bad reputation, and has remained with me. But after reading the reviews for the Ferrari FO200 here on Amazon I decided to take a chance. I was very happy when I received - looks good. After hours of load transfer my software and my files are locked at the first road trip. Several DIS... Read more reviews | ||

I bought this system to reduce congestion, when I travel. As soon as I took it to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate (using a USB external DVD drive). Windows 7 upgrade went smoothly and I had significant problems operating, as I remember. Then I went to South America for a week with it. E 'was great in airports, so small and lightweight. The wireless connection is very smooth, even using my subscription Boingo. No problem in South America with the hotel's wireless. In addition, I spent every night for Skype video calls with my beautiful family. It worked very well! The only problem is that the reduced battery life is a bit 'less after upgrading to Windows 7. I would buy another right in the heart of the beat!
These are currently two of the best selling netbooks on the market. In fact, they have the best sellers for quite a long time was now. If you're in the market, shopping around for a netbook, there can be a difficult task to choose between these two.
There are significant differences between the Asus 1005HA and the Acer Aspire One, when it comes specs. To put it simply, the Asus 1005HA Netbook is more powerful specs. So, after assessing that my use of a laptop really only relevant web browsing, email and some word processing, I decided on the portability of a Netbook so. Next was to make a choice.

I bought 3 ASUS Eee PC 1008HA-PU1X-PA. 1 power blocs of the decrease after 1 week. I called ASUS and asked for a replacement part for their defective part. Told me that he would send me forms to fill out and return 1. I would pay all shipping costs. If and when they received my papers in good order, they would mail a return label RMA. I said that this process could take a long time and it is unfair to make the delivery. They said that their policy and I could not get my hand not more. I asked to speak with other repetition ASUS, but reiterated that she regrets, but this is the company policy. I called the U.S. Corporate office to complain and left my phone number. They never responded. Has at least 2 weeks after my first contact with ASUS and not yet received documents from them.
